5Ktea offers a variety of brands and products that are usually in stock and our inventory is replenished each week. Rarely an item may be on temporary or extended backorder from the manufacturer. We make every effort to list on the product page any backorder information that is available. Once you have made your purchase, if an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately. You will be notified if the item is anticipated to take longer than two weeks to be received. You have the option to cancel the backordered items (regardless of wait time) and receive a refund.
