POINTS SYSTEM & HIERARCHY

In order to extend our warmest welcome and heartfelt thanks as well as to provide you more material benefits and security, 5ktea will formally implement member points since Mar. 31, 2010. The points can be accumulated to up your grades so that you can have more discounts. They can also exchange for products and gifts.

Details on member points:

1.    How to calculate member points

a.    Comsuming 1 USD gets 1 point;

b.    5ktea will give you more points under special occasions and activities.

2.    Grade and its benefits

a.     After registration, you will become our member immediately. And the beginning grade is “The new tea friend”;

b.     When you have 100 points, you are the grade of 5K tea friend. Then you will get a 10% discount when buying all the 5ktea products;

c.     When you have 300 points, you become our “old tea friend”. Then you will have a 15% discount of all 5ktea products. When you come to this grade, you have been a senior tea friend, and you are able to participate in all kinds of preferential activities for old friends;

d.     When you have 800 points, congratulations! You become our “best friend”. Then you will have a 20% discount. At the same time, you can take part in all the preferential activities of 5ktea.

3.    How to use member points

a.     Exchange for specific products or presents;

b.     The points that are exchanged for products/presents will be deducted from accumulated ones;

c.     Member points can not be exchange for cash.

4.    Requirement for exchange

l  5ktea members can use points to exchange for products on 5ktea online teashop according to the notices.

Time for exchange: Exchange activities must be developed during the period of preferential times. You can also exchange for things in usual time when your points have reached those things’ levels.

Place for exchange: 5ktea online teashop.

Warm notice: After exchange, the points will be decreased, and it may influence your grades. Please pay attention.

Tips:

1.    The newest list of exchange products will be announced on the 15^th of each month. Please have a check! For the limited quantities, 5ktea does not guarantee to provide all the exchange products;

2.    If you lose your registration ID, you can send email to us. Please give us your detail information in your letter including username, email, password and personal contact information (your telephone, effective email address, etc). We will deal with the problem and contact you as soon as possible.

3.    If you became our member before Nov.1, 2009, we will give you 20 points.

Members who have submitted your ID card and gotten affirmation can use points for exchanging from Apr. 11. If you have any problem, do not hesitate to email us or call us. 5ktea retains the final interpretation right on the points grade system of all the members.
